How to book:

Check Availability
We are always open to offer availability and pricing
information.
You can contact us by completing
our Contact Form. Alternatively you can contact us by fax,
email or post - you will find our contact details by following
the 'About Us' link to the left or
clicking here.

Send Booking Request
A booking request can be made by simply completing and
submitting this simple form.
Submission of this form does not commit either your or us to a
confirmed booking.

Pay Deposit
We will need the deposit to confirm a booking request - we will
hold open a booking request from receipt for two weeks without a
deposit, notifying other enquiries that the period in question
is no longer available.

Final Payment
Final payment should reach us at least 6 weeks before travel.
Notes:
-
Bookings for minimum of 1 week, daily pro-rate from then
onwards.

One member of the party must be nominated as the lead member of
the party and must be aged 25 or over.

A security deposit of £150 is required with the final payment,
this is refundable following satisfactory inspection of the
villa by our local management agent.

We reserve the right to decline bookings for same sex groups.

No more than 8 people may occupy the villa on any night of the
booking.

The deposit is refundable for written cancellations received
with more than 2 months notice, otherwise it is non-refundable.
